The eight-bedroom home can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably and each bedroom is tastefully designed keeping all age groups in mind.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first level and is outfitted with a king-size bed, a crib, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is located on the first level and features a king-size bed.

Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, and Bedroom 5 are all located on the second floor and all come equipped with king-size beds.

Bedroom 6 is a NASA-themed bedroom, complete with fun decor, 2 full-size beds, and a TV.

Bedroom 7 is made for the Harry Potter fans in your group and features twin bunk beds and 1 twin-size bed.

The upstairs loft is Tiki Bar-themed and offers additional space for playing, watching TV, and relaxing.

You could also spend some time relaxing in your own private heated pool and hot tub. Tucked into a screened lanai, the spa area is great for sunbathing, relaxing, and splashing around for an afternoon or two. *The pool heat works on heat exchange and depending on external weather conditions it will heat 1 degree per hour to reach its temperature setting (Pool 88 degrees and Spa 102 degrees max). I am based out of California. We visited Disney with our kids back in Dec 2020 and stayed in Storey Lakes Resort. We instantly fell in love with the resort and a few months later we ended up buying a villa in Storey Lakes as our second home. I have worked very closely with the designers to iron out every single detail in this villa . We do use this place for every year for family reunions. You will find a home away from home here . LOCALS: Locals (anyone residing within 60 miles of the property) must communicate with the host prior to booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund if rule is violated. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4 pm or after. If early check-in is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger Additional charges may apply. CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10 am. In order for the cleaner to have time to properly prepare for the next guest, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and based on availability. Additional charges may/shall apply. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-out: Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be available depending on home’s rental status. In case Guest needs early Check-In and/or Late check-Out, guest must submit a request to Owner at least two days in advance. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are not guaranteed. If available, early check-in fee and/or late check-out fee will be charged (detailed in Additional Amenities/Services Fee) MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host/manager. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning. Property equipped with smoke detecting equipment and shall send report. Violators will result in immediate removal of property without reimbursement and additional fines imposed. PETS: There are to be no pets on the Property - except with prior written authorization of host. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $500 Pet Fee and will be immediately evicted from the Property without refund for remaining days on reservation. Additional cleaning fees shall apply. EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited. REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the Property in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. DAMAGE: Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors that exceeds the deposit amount. ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, message Host/ Manager as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. There is a $35 handling fee plus postage and packaging. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay. LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees. LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. FOOD: We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber’s time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed). No eating of food in bedrooms. Stains from food or drink shall be paid by guest CHANGING OF LOCKS: Guest shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. USAGE OF UTILITIES: The Total Occupancy Rate assumes and includes a reasonable usage of utilities. POOL HEATING: Pool & spa heating is an additional $40day with a minimum of 3 days. KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. I was really disappointed with my stay at Magical Reminiscences Villas in Kissimmee, Florida. The villa we stayed in was outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The furniture was worn out, the carpets were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the place was subpar. We also encountered several maintenance issues during our stay, such as a leaking faucet and a faulty air conditioning unit. The management was slow to respond and didn't seem to care about our concerns. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a terrible experience at Magical Reminiscences Villas in Kissimmee. The villa we stayed in was infested with bugs, including cockroaches. The kitchen appliances were outdated and barely functional. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the bedsheets smelled musty. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the TV had limited channels. The location was also far from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for us to get to the theme parks. I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this place unless you're prepared for a disappointing and uncomfortable vacation.

Our family vacation at Magical Reminiscences Villas left much to be desired. The villa we rented was not well-maintained and had several issues that were never addressed during our stay. The air conditioning unit was noisy, the shower had inconsistent water temperature, and the pool was dirty. The overall cleanliness of the villa was below par, with dust and cobwebs in some corners. On top of that, the customer service was lacking. We had difficulty reaching the management when we had questions or concerns. I would not recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free vacation experience.
